New articles by Andrea

Andrea writes: In few days, we will be there for the second and last round of COP15 (will be last?!). Looking forward to seeing all of you again.  May I ask you to post on our blog two more articles, please?
1) One is about the climate talks in Bonn, August, and which stage the negotiations were there, when there were missing 114 days! In this article, I also took the opportunity to present the results of the 3rd Climate Conference in Geneva and described some adaptation solutions that some developing countries are already implementing. (Andrea1.pdf)
2) The other article is an evaluation of where we are now, what to expect or not from COP15 in relation of political or legal binding obligations. I also wrote about what have been negotiated in terms of mitigation, adaptation, financing and forests (REDD), and where we are now in this talks (Andrea2.pdf). As a complement of the main article, I elaborated a table about the main players in COP15, what are their proposals and some climate data of each one (Andrea2a.pdf).
